“We need more women.”

If there’s one thing that’s been a constant since my introduction to blockchain and crypto back in 2017, it’s this notion that there weren’t enough women.

And while it may be true that we will always need more feminine voices in the “rooms where it happens," to continue this rhetoric is to ignore the women who ARE here, who’ve always BEEN here…
